Mother Nature provided us with foods that activate healing within our bodies. Eighty percent of our diets should be mostly vegetables and some fruit, and make that raw. You don’t have to be perfect, but once you get on this path, you’ll find not only an inner creativity with your foods, but also a desire to do better with your food choices.
