From Vitiligo Skin Disease to Healing Hands!

Healthy Skin starts from within

This is a recent picture of my hand on top of an older picture of the same hand. You can see the difference in my skin, where I had a lot of vitaligo the skin is now back to my true skin color. Vitiligo is a skin disease that causes the loss of skin color in blotches. I have read that there is no cure, but as you can see, my hand shows remarkable improvement. I believe there is a cure, but the cure is different for each person.Areas of skin on my body started to turn white when I was in my 20’s. For me, this was a very slow change, until recently for some reason. Large blotches of skin suddenly were white, under my arms, and on my hands. I had smaller spots of white that started to appear on my arms, and my neck. I had no idea what was causing the blotches, and I had no idea how to stop it.

When I started looking into alternative cancer treatments, I started to make juice drinks with vegetables. I consumed super foods. I muscle tested to find out what nutrients my body needed. I muscle tested to find out what supplements my body needed. I started to notice the changes that were happening to my skin. I worked to find a diet, the nutrients that my body needed, including what types of oils to consume, if I needed to drink more apple cider vinegar, if I needed more water. I listened to my body, and my body responded. My skin started reversing back to my regular skin color, my hands started to look like the hands I had in my youth. Once again I can wear nail polish, and bring attention to my hands, something I would not do a few years ago.

This was not an overnight fix, but then again, the vitiligo did not show up overnight. Improving my skin was a slow process, so don’t give up. Keep improving, keep looking for the steps that are right for your own healing journey.
